Lake Shore Builders is our new custom home division. Bob Warner is the owner and general contractor for Lake Shore Builders. He holds a North Carolina Real Estate Brokers License, a North Carolina General Contractors License, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University. Bob handles everything from start to finish on the project, turning your wooded lot into your beautiful home.
